How Do You Cope With Stress?

Stress is one of those things that can make you rise to the occasion or makes you crazy. Today was a day that just kinda makes you wanna sit as still as possible because you aren’t sure what weird thing could possibly happen next.

Today I had a day.

As much as I love wearing bikinis I hate working out in a gym. On days like today I normally have a wonderful man waiting at home. Instead I just had keys to my neighbors gym. Its Saturday night in Hollywood and I spent it trying to do enough leg lifts and crunches to some how make it all better. It was either work out or go clubbing. Lets see if laying off the I miss my man carbs and the gym will make things less hectic. When all else fails wear rainbow shorty shorts. Mine are from The House Of Petro Zillia 😉 Trust me it works !

      I have severe anxiety and have to rely on close friends and family to keep me grounded. I am very fortunate to live in a day in age when mental health issues don’t have the stigma that they once had. Because I am able to speak freely about what I’m going through and not have to always hid being a smile it makes it easier to function.
